This was my first Harlan Coben book and I loved it. No character or set up was wasted. The plot was cleverly woven and the end completely took me by surprise.
Coben's noir PI writing tone is easy and fun to read. He mixed first person and third person scenes well. He did a fantastic job of revealing the story bit by bit by all the players, then threw a huge curve when he revealed the true killer.
I'm a fan, Coben! Call me. We'll talk writing!
I'm now reading Just One Look.
