I have seen first hand with my students the awesome power of these lessons. Perfect for this generation of kids who aren't active enough, and yet crave physical activity in the classroom. Use these simple activities with your students and I guarantee you will see the smiles return to their faces and their love for school come pouring back again. Also, many of the lessons are easy to adapt to different subjects and different grade levels, so please don't let the K-8 title discourage you.

Carol Glynn is the guru of kinesthetic lessons and activities. As an actress, Carol illustrates the importance of the performing arts in education as a way to wake up students' multiple intelligences, as well as an effective way to help them learn (and retain) important information. This book is packed with so many amazing examples of easy-to-do hands-on and physical activities for your students. Don't let the K-8 title fool you. Many of these activities are good for all grade levels and all content areas, from core subjects to character-education.

If you've been searching for some way to bring excitement and life back into your classroom, while staying focused on curriculum and keeping the administrators happy, please purchase this book.
