I think I'm addicted to this series. The book came yesterday in the mail and I dropped another promising book to dive into this one ASAP.

Kitty & Jeff are now the Ambassadors for American Centurion and Kitty is having a hard time doing the diplomatic thing. She is sent off to the 'Washington Wives' class and meets an assortment of characters best described as political backstabbers. Of course, nothing is as it seems, especially around Kitty.

Mr Joel Oliver, tabloid journalist/photographer gets a much more prominent role in this one and as usual Kitty picks up strays left, right and centre.

And something BIG is planned for the President's Ball, and no one can get any info other than an assassination plot without a clear target.

(view spoiler)[Our bad guys du jour are good ole humans with help from our old dead foe Mephistopheles. (hide spoiler)]

Can't wait for the next one Alien vs. Alien
