A Hat Full of Sky (Discworld, #32)
by Terry Pratchett
by Terry Pratchett
As someone who reads a ridiculous amount of Terry Pratchett repetitively and frequently, it feels odd that I'm only just getting round to the Tiffany Aching books now but I'm glad I am!
This book didn't suffer in being the first one that I read (although I do plan to read the first in the series, just as soon as I find it.) I found it utterly charming and raced through it super fast. Tiffany is ace and the Wee Free Men, her friends and protectors are incredibly entertaining. I particularly enjoyed the dual nature of Tiffany's new employer and was pleased to find that this book also includes two of my all time favorite Discworld characters: Granny Weatherwax and Death.
I didn't enjoy this quite as much as his adult books - but, having said that, I didn't find this all that childish. His writing is gloriously true to his own style no matter who his target audience is and I don't doubt that any fan of his would enjoy this - and, for younger readers, I think this is an excellent way to approach the Discworld.

I have been debating reading at least one of the discworld books. Which one should I read? Do you think that I will like it?
