Not being a fan of the Vorkosigan series, because I seriously question the possibility of governance by nobility in space and type of societies created in the stories, I nonetheless greatly enjoyed this story. Witty dialogue was part of it, but also a heavy question around the ethics of engineering a race of people specifically for free fall environs simply to cut the costs of construction in space.
