The most liberating experience I ever had about my body was thirty years ago in Japan. At a small mountain town I walked into the public women's bath and there were all these women of different sizes, shapes and ages. It wasn't a one type group. They looked my way, smiled and beckoned me to join them. And in an instant I entered the sisterhood of all women and never looked back.
