Read from September 30 to October 25, 2011 — I own a copy

I was reluctant to buy this book, because I generally think that a best-selling self-help book is hardly something I'll enjoy. But, I did. I've realized that I need to do some work on making myself happier than I have been, so I grabbed a copy of this while we were at Powell's. I'm not going to make a resolution chart to tack to the wall, but I noted dozens of interesting passages in the book, and having it at the back of my mind has made me a little more conscious of the things I do (or could be doing) to make myself happier.
