it was amazing
bookshelves: old-favorites

I read this book while sitting on Hadrian's Wall in Great Britain (and got soaked for my troubles during the Hexham Fair later that week...) and so I felt right at home in the World of "The Ivy Tree" which takes place in that very place. This is a terrific suspense romance. My wife has currently read it twice since I introduced her to it last year, and I have multipled it myself several times. On my faves list.

Mike Debaptiste I enjoyed your review of THE IVY TREE, one of my favorite books that I've read many times. To read it sitting on Hadrian's Wall, where the story opens, is hugely cool. Did you know that the USA version and the UK version are different? The USA version hacks out a complete chapter (the second one I believe) and the entire plot point that Annabel (so Con claimed) was pregnant when she left the farm. I prefer the UK version. Best wishes, Mike
