I thought the plot of this book was going to be about a murder in Savannah, and it was, but it was only half about that. The other half are stories about the quirky Savannah residents and historical background on the town. It was an interesting book but I didn't find the murder plot all that compelling. It wasn't a book I couldn't put down, but it was worth the read.
