Recommended for: anyone who has ever worked in a library

I really need to start off by saying that unless you've worked in a library, you most likely won't find it as humorous as it really is. There are some "stories" that made me snicker constantly because I've had very similar things happen to me and it's always enjoyable to see other library employees reactions to similar situations. Even if you don't work in a library, I say go ahead and read it.
