Dammit. I wish this weren't my first Easy Rawlins book (I'm reading it for book group -- or, rather, I WAS reading it). I wish I could keep track of the different plot threads. I wish I could stick it out simply to see how this extremely complicated and interesting main character pulls it all together. I wish I were more into thrillers.
(Maybe I should change the name of this shelf from "didn-t-finish" to "may-come-back-to-later".)
