it was amazing
bookshelves: re-read

My daughter returned my Grace Valley series to me recently and I didn't have the heart to return them to the shelf before reading them again. Reading them again for the 3rd time I think! Robyn Carr is one of the best writers who can write about a fictional town and capture the essence of a small time feel with real people's lives, loves, hopes and trouble. I love the main character of June Hudson and all the other people of the town Grace Valley. Her search for a new OBGYN brings in the Stone family and then there is her secret lover who she can't tell a soul what is going on in that department. A great contemporary romance story and one of my all time favorites. This is the first of 3 books and a nice series overall.
