This book confirmed one of my worst fears...that every dispatch center is the same. First, they're all disgusting and germ -infested (among OTHER things). Second, I could've written this book myself, that's how accurate it was. Although MY version would be A LOT more obscene, vulgar and ruthless. Also, I would devote AT LEAST four chapters to "Dealing with gossip, IDIOT co-workers and how to BLOCK THEM OUT and management (or should I say MISmanagement)!! Bottom line: A quick and easy read.
