really liked it
bookshelves: 2010-before, fantasy, horror
Read from September 27 to October 27, 2011

wow... my first gut instinct is to say i liked this book but there is a bit of love-hate relationship going on. I remember reading the first one way back in high school years ago and it was so interesting even though the two main characters never meet and i hoped they would in this one but i guess i would have to wait for book three. AAARG the agony of waiting sucks. i know some people commented on the use of strong language by Hahp but i think it wasn't that bad honestly. Its not like kids nowadays don't hear their peers using worse terms at school plus in his story it makes sense ,he doesn't even use it too much. The only reason why this wasn't five stars is because the book can get annoying and slow. I almost gave up reading it at first because it is slow in the beginning especially.I get so annoyed at "Somiss", the source of all evil apparently. Seriously i can't wait to read his death. He needs to die!

-Suggested sexual abuse of young teens
-psychological and physical torture of young teens
-mild swearing
