I'm pretty sure the cover totally didn't add an extra star to my rating....nope not me!

Seriously though, this cover is gorgeous.

That aside, this was quite a fun book. It was humorous at times, though the mystery behind everything was pretty easy to figure out if you have read a lot of mystery books. I didn't think it was anything groundbreaking and it is nothing compared to the mystery writers of legend. Nonetheless, entertaining and I enjoyed it.

I would gripe about the lack of emotional attachment in the book though. This is the second MM book that I have read with a male author and neither of them really dwell on that type of thing--just a whole bunch of sex. Also, everyone everywhere is gay--which is highly unrealistic and had me raising my eyebrows but oh well. It didn't really bother me all that much.

In conclusion..3 stars.....4 with the cover.
