Bought this little gem yesterday after a panel discussion about Thomas Bernhard, where Moya discussed Bernhard's influence on him. Some choice Moya quotes:
"I wrote this book three years after I was infected by Bernhard . . . I was hypnotized by him!"
"I was at a party, and all of a sudden I sat down to write. I had no plan. I was at a party, I thought I was going to a party to enjoy the party---but I wound up with a book."
"Bernhard was writing because he didn't want to go out and kill people!"
