I loved how profound this book is in it's simplicity. The underlying message is that things aren't always as simple as they seem and telling right from wrong isn't so easy at times. I also loved how you are evoked to think about how one thing leads to another and that one thing effects another. The main character, Marty, proves to be pretty wise in his young age and learns to take the higher road and not return tit for tat. I could go on and on, but don't want to spoil the read as you should really pick this one up!
