really liked it
bookshelves: discworld, fantasy, series
Read from September 22 to 23, 2011 — I own a copy

A great dovetailing with The Color of Magic, and plenty of very funny little vignettes as Rincewind and Twoflower continue their travels of the Discworld. With the Luggage, of course.

I still want a Luggage of my very own.

Ahem. There's Death and his cronies over a game of bridge. Trolls. Cohen the Barbarian, the oldest ever hero. A omnious red star on the horizon. And suchlike. Great fun, and good for an evening's entertainment. I liked it and intend to read more of the series. Four stars overall and a recommend.
