really liked it

Sam Capra works for a CIA front in London that investigates crime syndicates. When it is destroyed by a massive explosion following a warning call from his fellow CIA agent wife, he survives and is viewed as responsible. She disappears with a great deal of money. Though thoroughly distrusted by the agency, Capra is used as bait for those he claimed blew up his office. Unwilling to wait passively, having ducked a death attempt, Sam Capra goes on the offensive. Action is steady and constant, and Sam is resourceful, though another shadowy private organization helps to keep him alive. The book is probably a 3 1/2 star read, so 4it gets for moving along steadily. It may be the first of a series.
