really liked it
bookshelves: fiction, lossandgrief, post9-11lit

A tender novel about the aftermath of the death of a child on 9/11 -- but not resulting from the terrorist attacks. It is told through the eyes of an adolescent girl. Very moving. I seem to be interested in fiction that incorporates 9/11 into the story line in rather seamless ways. This does just that.
