This was a very funny book. Most comedians and humorist either do a book of straight humor or a memoir. It gets muddled when they do both, but this one is better that Patton OSwald's book. I don't mind the non-linear narrative. Thina just talks about what she likes an dwhat's happened to her and ties it up with her trademark sense of humor. What is her trademark sense of humor? Liz Lemon. Just imagine Liz Lemon without the rest of the 30 Rock crew and you have what this book is like. It's strange and very self-deprecating with lots of Mean Girl like asides. It was hilarious and I love when she gives credit to the 30 Rock writer by listing their best jokes and episodes; Tom Hubbard (take it behind a middle school and get it pregnant) and Kay Cannon(Don't you know you can fly, pigeon?) are my heroes for their great Tracy Jordan lines.
