I absolutely love this picture book! The rhyming is addicting and it is extremely enjoyable to read to children. The story is an alphabet book that introduces letters to extremely young children. The story starts off with A telling B and then B telling to C to meet them at the top of the coconut tree. Once all of the letters begin to climb to the top of the coconut tree, they all fall off and get hurt. Then the mom's and dad's and aunt's and uncle's all come to help the letters. The letters all get back up and then rearrange themselves into alphabetical order. Once they get into alphabetical order, they all are fixed and happy. This book is dangerously fun and reading the rhymes and the main, "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," phrase allows for students to have a lot of fun while reading. The illustrations are very fun, and a creative and abstract way to depict nature and letters. Children will not only enjoy the illustrations, but also with the rhyming words. This book is a very easy way for children to begin to understand letters. I would definitely recommend this book to extremely young children, probably ages 2-4. I tink that this is an excellent book to read to young children and i would definitely recommend it to many others.
