This is a fast-paced book and hard to put down. The last line is what won the book its four stars. Told in alternating chapters, we learn a great deal about the brother and sister from the title. Will and Asheley do not have an easy life. Alcoholic mother and absent father. Will has severe anger issues and Asheley seems oblivious to it all. To what extent are we all victims of our circumstances and how much of our life is our own devious plan? A compelling read.
