Until the last few chapters, I was going to give this book four stars. Thats because that was the truth, I really liked the book except for the times when I would get impatient with a little monologue about random things like stars or such which I did not really feel like deciphering the symbolism of. Yes, I did find myself saying "Get on with it!" But that was not always a bad thing, because it was not boredom but a curiosity to KNOW, what are you getting at, that made me feel so.

But the way that this book ended just made me have to give it a five. I think that many people would find it heart wrenching the way it ended, or they might wish it did not end that way, but Jodi P., I think that this is the ending that the book has got to have. This is a really powerful story that gets you thinking about family, fate, and the choices we make as individuals. Cheers, this book is a keeper.
