This is the last book in the series and one I was looking forward to as the theme of Morganen and his Destined Bride has been a recurrent idea throughout the other 7 books. Whilst I did enjoy it , I found my attention wandering early on as the couple get together nearly immediately so there is little anticipation on that level. There are other twists in the storyline which I didn't completely anticipate so having persevered I found myself rooting for the Corvis family to win through! By the end, I was completely satitisfied with the outcome and whilst the story concludes, there is enough scope to allow the author to revisit the family for another instalment sometime in the future if she so wished.
