Caldecott Honor Book
Early Childhood
This is a fun book for children using the old rhyme, "There was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly." Younger children will like the rhythm of the verse and the funny illustrations by Simms Taback. Older children will be able to appreciate the witty touches Taback includes in the illustrations. I thought this was a fun book to read.
