This is a wondrous book. The way the author ties in the character's profession as a defining quality of the character and his morals is truly amazing. His extreme attention to detail in the same way, speaking of how the wood cuts for example, just gets me sucked into the act. I can feel and smell the wood, taste the saw dust. I personally enjoyed the book and the entire series, and believe it to be worthy of higher praise than four stars. This man is a cut above the rest, better than Robert Jordan, parallel to Tolkien himself.
