Inspiration: Your Ultimate Calling
by Wayne W. Dyer
by Wayne W. Dyer
This book is pretty light on substance. It is interesting but falls short of the title's claim. Dyer celebrates of the existence of G_d. However, his eclectic appellation is overshadowed by flashes of self-promotion. Aside from a couple of interesting insights, the book lacks direction and falls short as a "how to" guide. The gist of Dyer's message is to ditch the, "woe is me" attitude and substitute it with the "Woah! it's me" mantra. Its a pretty fluffy book heavy on anecdote - more akin to tossing darts in the dark with the primary advice being to maintain a positive attitude and sense of wonderment while tossing.
