I listened to this book while traveling in the car. It was was read by Joe Mantegna. I thorougly enjoyed Mantegna as a reader. He brought the story completely alive. Spencer is an unlikely detective as he is a person who not only detects but reads. In this story he is asked to discover what has caused a high school boy to go on a shooting spree and the elite private school he attends. The boy has confessed to the crime, but his grandmother hires Spencer to prove he didn't really do it.

It is a good story. There is some bad language, some violence and some sexually suggetive material.
