it was amazing
bookshelves: freak-out-all-time-faves, suspense

Yes, yes, yes, yes! This was one of the first romantic suspense books I ever read, and wow, talk about a dark and tortured hero! Delicious and suspenseful and clever. With real character growth and realistic limitations and struggles. Oh, so sitting on my keeper shelf.

Danielle The Book Huntress (Back to the Books) Anne Stuart spoils me for other authors when it comes to romantic suspense!

Dorsey aka ❤️ Wrath Lover Reviews ❤️ Me too....I have not read anything that compares, except for maybe Linda Howards early books.

Carolyn Crane Me, too! I should try Linda Howard's early ones. I tried Karen Rose, but that series wasn't for me.

Danielle The Book Huntress (Back to the Books) Cry No More is very good, with a lovely hero--Diaz!

Carolyn Crane Oh, excellent, I just added it to my TBR.
