Very surprised this book is written by an introvert. Mostly it consists of explaining "You are an introvert if..." then "You are an introvert because ..." and "If you are an introvert, you will recognize such and such behaviors in your life."

Everything was super basic and obvious. I took the quiz to see how introverted I am and got the highest rating, Pretty Darn Introverted. Maybe I'm just more aware of myself than most introverts but the little "advice" that was in this book was obvious to the point that it made me angry all over again at the therapist I had when I was 14 who gave me advice just as obvious. Introverts aren't stupid. Don't write a book that treats us as such.

Skimmed through the entire book. Trust me, it is not worth your time.
