Usually a collection of short stories, such as these, is a risky purchase. There's almost always going to be one or more stories that the reader just doesn't like. It's true, it's been known to happen.
That is not the case with The Unquiet. Published in October, this book was perfectly timed. Plus all the ladies writing these stories are expert story tellers. Each story is unique and satisfying in its own right.
Lastly, these collections are perfect for the reader who has a lot going on and so not a lot of time to read. The stories individually don't take much time, but collectively can provide a harried reader with a book that will last a while.
A definite recommended read.
