World War Z - the movie of the book - was recently being filmed in Glasgow so, although I'd been aware of it for sometime, I thought it only right that I finally pick it up and give it a read.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this. I'm not sure what I was expecting but a dry, social history of the eponymous World War Z was not to my liking. It's not awful, and there were moments that I enjoyed reading but, by and large, it wasn't really for me.

I'm still going to go see the film, though.
