I recommend this book for fans of Vonnegut. On one hand there was some great writing in this book, some wonderful description and one-liners. On the other hand it was REALLY hard to follow, and the first 80% of the book seemed to be a long, winding path to a somewhat rewarding ending. Not that it was a great ending, but it did help to justify a lot of the rambling in earlier parts of the book.

So sum up: a disorganized, hard-to-follow tale that seemed to be less about coherent plot and character growth and more about finding a way to showcase bits and pieces of great writing about modern man and Montana.
