Despite dated science and trends I found myself agreeing with a lot of this book. I have noticed that every two hours I find myself needing to stretch from work or have a lie down and a nibble. When I don't get the chance to do so or put it off I end up feeling worse.

So good basic advice in that we need to take more frequent breaks and not starve ourselves. Whether or not these breaks are a necessary thing of our biology I'm less sure on but I'll go with any excuse for a nap.
