I love the Breeds! Regardless of some fans/ex-fans opinions, I'm still as deeply involved with this world as I was 5 years ago, when I read Tempting the Beast( my innocent self was quite shocked as well, but... we outgrow those things ,dont we..;))

With this book, main couple was kinda blah for me, and I will squarely blame the h, Diane.
For a strong alpha female, she was one selfish, self absorbed, whiner. Never once did she ever consider, looking at things from Lawe's pov. It was all about how she needed her independence, how she was a fighter, how she wanted to be treated.. Jeez. Enough already.

I was more happy when Gideon was on page, tbh.

Plotwise, there really isnt much(ok pretty much nothing) other than the compulsory, shoot-at-the-h, h-facing-traitor etc..
But, there is quite a bit of info shared about the future story arcs and points of conflicts and confrontations.

Onwards to Stygian's Honor.

PS: When ,oh when, are we getting Ely's story? And Dane's? Better yet, can they be hea for each other?! please!!
