Have you ever picked up a book and thought " I am going ton love this story" just by reading the synopsis on the back panel? I very rarely bother to read the shrt description and I wish I hadn't with this book. They give away the best parts of the story on the back and the rest is just fluff. This was a hard book for me to finish despite it being one of my favorite topic's. With the looming loss of the postal system in our generation this book does shed some light on the magic, power the post office once held when it was one of the main forms of communication. What would you do if you had the power to shatter someone else's life with a letter when even you didn't know the truth?
