Branch recounts his and President Clinton's monumental achievement: creating the Clinton tapes, or actual tape-recordings of Clinton's memories and thoughts while president. To be perfectly honest, my review should be discounted as this is more the type of book that I would like to enjoy rather than the type of book I actually enjoy. That being said, the book gave a new and very personal look at Bill, Hillary and Chelsea. And it gave great insight on the struggle that the president faces in making decisions and in maneuvering through the politics of Congress.
