Ummmm...it was interesting and very different from Peck's other novels. In fact, I never would have guessed it was written by him if his name hadn't been on the title page. This story is about three teens that die in a car accident, but continue to communicate and manipulate a friend they left behind. The message of being your own person and not allowing others to control you is good for teens, but the story itself left me feeling disappointed. Peck does much better in his humourous small town novellas and fun ghost stories than in this creepy supernatural one.
