Recent Le Cordon Blue grad Kathleen Flinn "stalks" a woman loading her grocery cart full of processed foods and gets into a discussion with her which spurs a project to teach nine volunteers how to cook. I really liked this book--perfect for novice cooks but a valuable read for anyone,
