This book focuses on the aftermath of the Titanic's sinking, which was unique and a point of view that I appreciated. I believe that the author only dedicated 2 or 3 chapters to the actual crossing, and the rest was dedicated to the inquiries that happened after.
I would want to give it 3 1/2 stars, but I don't want to round up to 4. The ending is much too predictable and I didn't end up liking either of Tess' love interests. It's definitely a look into what happened after the Titanic sunk, and if you're interested in the history of the Titanic, I'd recommend this book to you.
