I've been a vegetarian for years and a vegan for over one year, so this wasn't anything new to me. It did include a solid recipe section, with over a hundred recipes. Twenty percent of which I've bookmarked to try. This is a book I will recommend to people thinking about becoming a vegetarian/vegan!

On a side note, what I found interesting was the resurgence of the no-fat stance. For awhile it looked like we were back to the healthy fats are okay (including olive oil) but only in moderation mindset. Oh well, at least this book is pro-carbs...
