it was amazing

I'm becoming obsessed with Arnuldur Indridadson. His characters are realistically and interestingly flawed, and the plots are unusual: the two I've read so far have both involved very cold cases. It's amazing how a crime that is nearly ancient history can still impact people's lives today. Plus, I didn't really know much at all about Icelandic culture before reading these, and I've enjoyed the glimpse into Reykjavik life.
