God! so many inspirations and quotes that I like from this book, especially the latter part. I wish this book was more about Morrison's life cause the earlier part which tell the history of comic was kinda boring sometimes (Although I understand that this book is not only for comic book readers)

Comic book readers may find this book easier to understand than non-comic readers, but I think this book is for everyone. The basic point is that superheroes can inspire us; whoever you are, whatever it is...

“We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.” - Grant Morrison
