Taking Charge of Your Fertility, 10th Anniversary Edition: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health
by Toni Weschler
I'm glad this is on your to-read list. I seriously think every woman should read it, just to understand how and why their bodies work the way they do. I read it about 6 years ago and learned SO much that I'd never been told before. It was incredible.

I very much enjoyed this book. It explains all kinds of things about the female body that I really don't think most of us know. Someone else on this site said that they would recommend it to anyone with a uterus, and I agree with that 100%. Whether you plan to have children or not is irrelevant. This book is still important to read.
