Really thought provoking book about learning. In brief, Willingham talks about how being an aural/visual/kinesthetic learner really doesn't matter much (the secret to learning is experiencing material in thought-provoking ways), and he emphasizes the importance of students' background knowledge in what they're able to master. Recommended as a teacher-read or for an enthusiastic reader of popular non-fiction.
