really liked it
bookshelves: guilty-pleasures, historical-romance, smutty-reads
Read in August, 2011

I'm not gonna lie, I thought I was buying a smuttier book. The Smart Bitches column promised a surprise glass dildo. Who could resist?

Mostly because I was too lazy to log onto my phone and review which author I really wanted, I ended up with this book.

Don't get me wrong, this was no slouch. It was a witty regency romance which I thought would disappoint. I ended up enjoying it quite a bit. Quite. That's how Regency folk speak. Rather, old man. Quite a few smutty and explicit scenes that elevated this to a fun read.

But Ye gods and fishes! Why do those stupid Regency heroines take for-fucking-ever to marry their men? Blah, blah, blah marriage would be wrong. Blah blah blah you can't save me with marriage. Yada yada yada you are only marrying me out of obligation...zzzzzzz. Get your kit on and git down that aisle.
