Alexis This book is wonderful and creepy. The less you know about the plot, the better. Our story begins when Jacob's grandfather dies. Young Jacob, who is 16, goes to the island where his grandfather once lived, to find out the story of the Peculiar Children. The book is accentuated with actual, undoctored photographs, which lend an extra feeling of creepiness, and add to the story. If you're a fan of Neil Gaiman, I'd recommend this book. It's a weird, fantastical story.
