A book to return to, again and again. The first two sections are practical advice about integrating mindfulness into life (lots of breathing and smiling!). The third section "Peace is Every Step" talks about the interbeing of all things, using beautiful stories and analogies and also contains a list of 14 steps/precepts ("Love in Action")to live a life of peace.
