really liked it
Read from August 27 to 28, 2011 — I own a copy

Our loving busy-body, Sadie is lured into aiding Eric into finding his missing daughter. Sadie did not realize this until she arrives in Homestead, FL (criticizing the food all the way,) the next morning at the local police station. Sadie finds out Eric had fully expected Sadie to follow and even open the box he had asked her to FedEx overnight to him.

Sadie quickly gets caught up in Ex-wives, Ex-husbands, disabled ex-wives and caretakers. To me this go round Sadie was made to appear just too gullible and jumping into situations without thinking to be believable.

Finding herself in danger, she still keeps a dialogue with the villains about local food. The local police detective was also using her.

All in all this wasn't my favorite book in the series, however, the recipes were good sounding. I look forward to the next book.
